Sync Data Securely & Customize Your Flows
SchoolFlo connects directly to Veracross API and securely pulls student & contacts data for you. You can define the specific checklist items to be completed, and assign who is in charge of each step - from IT to the Library to Finance.

Initiate Requests via Parent Portal or Admin Dashboard
Flows can be triggered two ways: Parents log into the Parent Portal using Veracross SSO to submit an individual request securely. Alternatively, Administration can initiate bulk flows for large groups, such as launching a Graduation flow for all of Year 12 at once.

Automated Task Routing For Staff
The moment a flow is initiated, School Flo's engine takes over. Individual tasks are automatically generated and routed to staff dashboard; staff members also instantly receive an email notification.

Real-time Visibility for Everyone
While staff members check off their tasks, Parents can view the live progress of their request via their portal, while Administrators and Leadership have a complete view of all workflow progress across the entire campus.
